- DJ POZ, its owner, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, emotional distress, or event interruptions arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
- Total liability of DJ POZ for any claim arising out of or relating to services rendered shall be strictly limited to the total fees actually paid by the client for the specific booking or service under contract.
